License Activation Errors

This guide covers the most common error messages you might see when trying to activate your PixeBuilder license and how to resolve them.

"No Active License Detected" (Quota Exceeded)

The Cause: You have reached the maximum number of site activations allowed by your current plan, or the site has been flagged as unauthorized.

The Solution: Log in to account.pixebuilder.com and check your License & Sites menu. If your usage is full, you must remove an old site from your dashboard and completely uninstall the plugin from that old site. Alternatively, you can upgrade your plan in the Subscription menu to increase your limit.

"License Expired"

The Cause: Your yearly subscription has ended, or your last auto-renewal payment failed.

The Solution: Navigate to the Billing or Subscription menu in your account to update your payment method or manually renew your license.

"Connection Error" or "cURL Error"

The Cause: Your website's hosting server is blocking communication with the PixeBuilder server, preventing the license check from going through.

The Solution: You will need to contact your web hosting provider's support team and ask them to whitelist the PixeBuilder domain (account.pixebuilder.com) or server IP address so your site can connect.
