Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with PixeBuilder. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new license purchases.

If you are not happy with the plugin for any reason—whether it’s a technical issue or you simply changed your mind—you can request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. No questions asked.

2. Refund Eligibility & Exclusions

  • Multiple Refund Request : The refund guarantee applies to your first purchase only. If you have previously requested or received a refund, future refund requests will not be accepted, including for license renewals.
    We also reserve the right to reject any refund request if we determine that it is made in bad faith, abusive, fraudulent, or intended to exploit the refund policy, as refund processing involves administrative and transaction costs.

  • License Renewals: The refund guarantee applies to your first purchase only. Automatic renewals are non-refundable.

  • License Upgrades: Fees paid to upgrade an existing license (e.g., from "Personal" to "Developer") are non-refundable.

  • Price Differences: We do not offer refunds for the difference in price if the product goes on sale (e.g., Black Friday) after your purchase.

  • After 30 Days: Refund requests made after the 30-day window has expired will not be processed, regardless of the reason.

3. Chargebacks and Disputes

We are committed to resolving any billing issues amicably. Please contact our support team directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or PayPal.

  • Warning: Opening a dispute freezes the transaction and significantly delays the process (often by weeks) while the bank investigates.

  • Our Promise: If you are within the 30-day window, simply contact us, and we will process your refund promptly.

  • Consequence: We reserve the right to permanently ban the accounts and licenses of users who abuse the chargeback system.

4. Payments via Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

  • Once a refund is approved by our team, it is processed via Paddle and typically returns to your account within 5–10 business days.

5. License Revocation

Upon issuance of a refund, your license key will be immediately deactivated. You agree to uninstall PixeBuilder from your website and delete all copies of the plugin files. You will no longer receive updates, support, or access to prebuilt templates.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please open a support request via our support portal. When submitting your ticket, please include:

  1. Your Order ID (from the Paddle receipt).

  2. A brief mention that you would like a refund.
